STL DIRT CRITS

The STL Dirt Crits have provided the greater St Louis Area with Short Track (often known as XCC) style racing for almost 20 years. These races are mass start, and riders complete a high number of laps on a very short, less technical loop, with each race lasting only 30-45 minutes. The shorter nature of these races brings a high intensity, but don't be scared - the “C” & "B" races are where Beginner to Intermediate riders will still have a blast. These Races are truly perfect for spectators, so bring your friends and family to watch as they will get to see you pass every 5-10 minutes.

RACE SCHEDULE
5:00 PM - Pre-Registered Participant Packets are available for pickup, and "Day-Of" Registration Opens
5:45 PM - "Day-Of" Registration Closes, but Pre-Registered Participant Packets are still available!
6:05 PM - Race Start for both the B & C Races (B Racers line up first, with C Racers in the back)
7:00 PM - Race Start for the A Race
8:00 PMish - Race Start for the FREE 1 Lap Kid's Race, followed by the Podium Ceremony
5:45 PM - "Day-Of" Registration Closes, but Pre-Registered Participant Packets are still available!
6:05 PM - Race Start for both the B & C Races (B Racers line up first, with C Racers in the back)
7:00 PM - Race Start for the A Race

PARKING
For Dirt Crits at Meramec Levee Recreational Park we encourage participants to park in the larger Soccer Field parking lot, and ride their bike to the Finish Line / Registration Area. Please do NOT park in a non designated parking space as it may interfere with emergency vehicles or trucks with trailers trying to use the boat ramp.
For Dirt Crits at River's Edge Park the parking couldn't be any easier. Use the large parking lot West of The Factory, near the entrance onto the Monarch Levee Trail, and ride your bike up and over the levee down into River's Edge Park.

AWARDS
BEST OVERALL RIDER AWARD
A Best Overall Rider Award will be given to the Male & Female racer who places the highest and accumulates the most points over the Series. The A Race and the B Race will each have their own Male & Female Rider Awards. The winners of the A Race Best Overall Rider Award will have their last name in the title as “Chasing ____” in the 2025 Series.
BEST OVERALL TEAM AWARD
A Best Overall Team Award will be given to the Team with the most participation over the Series. These points are accumulated across the A, B, and C Race. In order for participating riders to be eligible for Team points, each rider on the Team should wear their specific Jersey, and make sure their Team is noted during registration.
